I think that BTTF IV will not happen because Marty is unfortunately blocked by his illness and Doc Brown is too old now.

But we can still find MJF and Christopher Lloyd (rumours) alongside Jim Carrey in the next Zemeckis film "A Christmas Carol" in 2009. [link]
